Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS.

All orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process, not including weekends, regardless of shipment elected.

Domestic Shipping Prices:

Standard First Class Shipping: $9.99 Flat Rate

Priority Shipping: $12.99 Flat Rate

Shipping Delivery Times:

USPS Standard First Class and Free Shipping: 5-7 Business Day Delivery, Plus 1-3 Business Days for Processing.

USPS Priority: 2-3 Business Day Delivery, Plus 1-3 Business Days for Processing.

We currently do not offer International Shipping.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Local Pickup: If you are in the Hampton Roads, VA area (Norfolk, VA Beach, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, etc.) you have the option to pick up your items at a secure location. You must first email info@angeliquescollections.com for approval. After approval, your order is typically ready for pickup within 72 hours.

Free Shipping: Orders valued at $150 or more are eligible for free shipping. This policy applies only to standard ground shipping. You must purchase a total of $150 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. No price adjustments on previous purchases.

Signature Requirement Request: If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT, please include it in the notes on your order. We will invoice you a small fee so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely.

NIS (Not In Stock): If an item is found to be NIS from your order, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. Please allow a standard 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your bank account.

Shipping to an Alternate Address: Angelique's Collections does not allow shipping to an address that is different than your card's billing address. Any attempts to use a different address (such as work/friends house) will result in a pending authorization. This pending authorization will automatically be refunded within 3 to 5 days.

Unverifiable Addresses: Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct city and zip code.

Lost Packages: Angelique's Collections is not responsible for lost packages due to USPS error. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office.Â
