Refund policy
Angelique's Collections is a quality conscience business that wants everyone to be 100% satisfied with their article of clothing. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase below are the guidelines for any returns.
RETURNS:
- All orders place under promotion (discounted, sales, clearance items) or with the use of discount codes is considered FINAL SALE.
- Accessories and bodysuits are all FINAL SALE.
- NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS. You may exchange an eligible order for STORE CREDIT ONLY, which may be used towards a future purchase.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Email info@angeliquescollections.com to initiate the return of the your merchandise.
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit after 15 days.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
Please be aware if you return a garment that has cigarette smoke, odors, perfume, deodorant, makeup, snags, etc., we will not accept the return and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return item(s). Angelique's Collections reserves the right to refuse any return attempt that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
 STORE CREDIT:
- Â Store credit will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of the item
- If you are approved, a store credit will be issued via the email you provided with your order
- Store credit does not expire
- Store credit is non-transferrable
DAMAGES
- Â In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item, you must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
- You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence before a refund to be honored.
- Angelique's Collections is not held responsible for any damage to item not due to our error.
If USPS finds the address as undeliverable, we will not issue a refund. Instead, a store credit will be emailed to you. We are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
